Participants will engage in specialty-specific and interdisciplinary case reviews, exploring the current state of academic medical and surgical care. This collaborative environment aims to deepen clinical expertise and refine patient care practices. Additionally, educators will receive targeted training to enhance teaching strategies and skills.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Clinical Insight: Participants will analyze complex clinical scenarios, applying evidence-based approaches to diagnosis, treatment, and patient management.
  2. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participants will engage in meaningful conversations across specialties, fostering collaborative approaches for patient care
